FAQ:
1) What's GYROKINESIS®️:
Focuses on fluid, rhythmic movements performed upright, helping to build balance, coordination, strength, and postural awareness. Through circular and spiralling motions combined with breathwork, the standing sequences gently mobilise the spine and joints while improving stability, flexibility and overall body connection.
2) Is the GYROKINESIS®️ for everybody who bought tickets?
The full session of GYROKINESIS®️ class is only applicable for the first 25 sign-ups before heading down to Kenny Hills Bakers for some pizzas, activities and music.
3) What do I get if the first 25 tickets are sold out?
You still get to join Kenny Hills Bakers' omokase-style pizza session, including participating in some activities while jamming to music powered by Harman Kardon speakers.
4) Can I bring a plus one?
This event has limited slots, and each ticket is valid for one person only. If you wish to bring a plus one, a separate ticket must be purchased.
5) What time should I arrive?
For the first 25 sign-ups, the GYROKINESIS®️ session will start at 5pm. For others, please head to Kenny Hills Bakers, Bangsar at 6pm.
6) How do I confirm my attendance?Please present your email confirmation to the staff upon arrival.
7) I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable.
8) How long will the event last?
The event will run for approximately 2-3 hours.
9) What should I wear?
For those going for the GYROKINESIS®️ session, kindly wear comfy and flowy clothes. For others, you are welcome to wear anything you'd like.
